Make fondue, brie with puff pastry and more this Wednesday with chef Goretti Cordeiro

Have you ever invited friends over only to figure out you have nothing to feed them?  Do you need an idea for hall snacks that isn’t hummus and pita?  Do you want to impress you friends and family over the holidays?

Join Tufts Culinary Society and Tufts Dining as chef Goretti Cordeiro teaches how to make tasty appetizers without all the fuss.

The menu includes:

Chocolate Fondue served with Strawberries, Pineapple, Marshmallows, Pound Cake
Spiced Roasted Almonds
Crudite with Parmesan Dip
Pinwheel Sandwiches: roast beef; turkey; veggie
Brie in Puff Pastry

Price is $5, which will be donated to the Boston Food Bank.

The event will be held at Mugar Cafe this Wednesday, November 2, 2011 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
