Tasty Tufts is Back!
We’ve taken some time off, but Tasty Tufts is starting back up with new series and articles. Be sure to check back frequently for updates 🙂
The Tufts Culinary Society has been very busy planning fun new events for the semester. Here is what is coming up:
Around the World Dinner Series: Soul Food: Tufts Culinary has teamed up with the Around the World Dinner series and tomorrow @ 9 in SoGo we will be celebrating good ol’ Southern Cooking. Come for a wonderful meal of ribs, black-eyed peas, corn bread, and soooooo much more. Tickets are $8 at the Campus Center and $10 at the door. All profits go to support victims of the Haiti earthquake.
Indian Food Workshop: On Feb. 24 we will be having another cooking workshop. For only $5, you will get an interactive cooking demo, appetizers and drinks. If you’re interested in signing up, e-mail email@example.com
Eat Your Way to Healthy: Come see nutritionist Joy Bauer from the Today Show on March 5th. The lecture with by accompanied with a 4-course dinner (the menu sound really delicious). Tickets will be $5 for those who have meal plans and can be bought in the Campus Center.

Iron Chef Competition: March 13, info TBA
International Burger Throwdown: Come watch different student cultural groups compete in reinventing the burger to reflect different cuisines from around the world. The event will be on April 2nd in Hotung.
